If you want to connect to our chat room via IRC (e.g. using mIRC), you need to use the server listed below:
irc.darkmyst.org
and then join chat room
#Rachael_Leigh_Cook.
While loading chat application on the web, the browser will likely ask you for authorization to run it on your computer.
You need to agree with that; otherwise, you will not be able to connect to our chat room!
You may see a message like:
Unable to connect: java.security.AccessControlException : access denied (java.net.SocketPermission irc.darkmyst.org resolve)
This means that the chat application doesn't have rights to connect to the server. You will need to restart your browser and load it again (at this time, please say "Yes" to run it).
If this doesn't help, do not panic! There is a way. If before loading the chat application, you see window like this:

It means you probably have a conflict between "Microsoft JavaVM" and "Sun Microsystems Java". I'm not sure why, but this can happen on some versions of Windows. All you need is go to "Internet Options" and turn off "Java Sun".
In case you don't have "Microsoft JavaVM" installed on your computer, you can find it for download on Microsoft website (file: msjavx86.exe), or download it by
clicking on this link (file size: 5.21Mb). Install it, restart your computer and try again.
